Hi, I’m Shelley — founder of OPH Marketing and a passionate advocate for small business growth. As a lifelong entrepreneur, I’ve owned and operated several small businesses over the past 20 years, including two Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCFE) as well as the home service provider business my husband and I currently run. Through it all, I’ve worn many hats, but marketing and sales have always been my specialty.

Over the years, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to attract customers, generate consistent leads, and ultimately drive revenue.
